Astronomlar daha önce de 7 gezegen barındıran yıldız sistemleri keşfetmişlerdi ama ilk defa bu kadar çok Dünya ile benzer büyüklükte gezegen barındıran hem de sadece 12 parsel yani 39 ışık yılı uzaklıkta bir sistem keşfediliyor.
