A Montana man is dead and another person injured after police say a gunman took over a tour bus in Las Vegas. An Omaha family saw the whole thing from its hotel room, videotaping it on a cellphone. "I didn't know there was a shooter on the bus until we saw everybody pull out assault rifles and everything," Christian Cuozzo said. For about four hours, the gunman barricaded himself inside a double-decker bus. Cellphone video taken by Cuozzo from the Cosmopolitan Hotel shows the deployment of an extensive SWAT presence and several snipers, because police weren't sure if the gunman was alone. An unknown number of people were able to escape the bus. Police tried to use what sounded like a flash-bang device to disorient the gunman, and eventually he surrendered.
